THE Trust Indenture

The Indenture is a highly recommended instrument if one is considering filing taxes properly under a 1041 form. It conforms to the requirements necessary to establish and identify the Social Security Trust, the trustee (the living sovereign), and the beneficiary (the Social Security General Trust Fund). You can obtain this document by becoming a beneficiary of TeamLaw. It is also available for examination from the Common Law Library on computer disk in Microsoft Word format. This is a copyrighted document and is protected under laws of common law copyright, federal laws, and the Fair Use Doctrine. It may not be reproduced for sale and distribution.

A properly completed and signed Indenture form gives the Social Security Administration proper notice of the identification of the trustee and his intent to carry forth those duties to insure that the Social Security General Trust Fund is guaranteed continued funding. We all know SSI is in deep trouble and the white knight here is the trustee. The Indenture takes this trust out of construct and helps insure that the trustee can do his job. Since that job pays an all expense wage, called fiduciary fees (line 12 of the 1041 form), it makes for a very interesting return computed at the bottom of the form. If yours doesn’t compute to a full return of all state and federal withholdings you might consider attending the lecture advertised  or, as stated above, you could join TeamLaw. It would be $695.00 well spent. Also available at the Common Law Library is a ninety minute audio cassette tape from TeamLaw which discusses the Social Security Trust. Anyone considering any kind of legal decisions is strongly encouraged to listen to this tape. Eric Madsen is a very knowledgeable speaker who brings a welcome dose of reality and down to earth common sense to the patriot movement. He is also the founder of TeamLaw.

A properly completed Indenture is sent to the Social Security Commissioner via Certified Mail with Return receipt to the address on page one. They should be given at least thirty days to reply if they have any concerns or questions. Don’t hold your breath though. You will be lucky to get a form letter three months later that has absolutely nothing to do with what you had informed them of. They often get the crazy mixed up notion you are trying to get out of something. Oh well, as Dr. McCoy said…

“Bureaucracy is the only constant in the universe.”
