SS-4 Form Filled out by Author 1 [ 150 kbytes ]
     Author 1 has land patent in place and is Expatriated (not requirements)
     This author also says that this form was filed on 7/20/2000 and he has not heard from them.
     Consequently he still uses the SSA number for that ID.
